Comments

Media

  • Camera: This permission allows the app to access your camera for purposes such as taking photos for identification verification (e.g., facial recognition for time tracking).
  • Foreground Service Location: This permission allows the app to continuously track your location while in the foreground to ensure accurate time tracking.
  • Internet: This permission enables the app to connect to the internet to upload your time and attendance data to our secure servers.
  • Read External Storage: This permission allows the app to read files from your external storage, such as images or documents, if needed for your time and attendance activities.
  • Read Media Images: This permission allows the app to read images on your device’s media storage, such as profile pictures or images used for identification purposes.
  • Write External Storage: This permission enables the app to save and store data to your external storage, such as time logs or other relevant information related to attendance.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data collected from these permissions for the following purposes:

  • Location Data: To confirm your location during clock-in/out for accurate time tracking. Both coarse and fine location data are used to ensure that you are at the correct worksite.
  • Camera Access: To take photographs or use facial recognition for employee identification during the clock-in/out process.
  • Network State: To ensure that the app has the necessary network connectivity to sync time data with our servers.
  • Storage Access: To read and write necessary data related to your time and attendance records and ensure accurate logging and syncing.
  • Internet Access: To enable the app to upload and download your time and attendance data from our servers.

3. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purpose of time tracking and attendance management. Once the data is no longer required for these purposes, it will be securely deleted.
