Site Evaluation
With a site evaluation, we assess your current system and hardware and find the best solution for your business. Existing clocking setups will be assessed for compatibility with hrpm.
Quotation
A quote will be prepared based on your business requirements following the site evaluation. On acceptance of the quotation, the installation phase and onboarding process can commence.
Installation
Our operations department will begin the installation process which is completed in four phases:
Phase 1: Database creation – All current employees will be inserted into our database so that they can be arranged into departments via their clocking codes.
Phase 2: Installation of hardware – All hardware will be installed by our technicians at the sites determined in the site evaluation.
Phase 3: Once installation is completed, the technicians will train a designated store employee to be able to load employees onto the clock.
Phase 4: In-depth product training for administrators is provided.
Training
Our training department will assist in the setting up of training to ensure that the administrator operating hrpm has intimate knowledge of the software. We conduct training in the following ways:
– On site training
– Video conferencing
– Via an online learning management system
Support
Our support team will ensure that your queries are attended to in the fastest possible time.
With our extended office hours, we are able to assist and walk you through each query. We provide ongoing training to ensure that hrpm users can get the best out of the software.
