The History Of hrpm
Over a decade ago, hrpm was developed with the retail industry in mind. Its rich features and future enhancements have a strong leaning towards the needs of the retail industry.
This necessitated features such as:
– Sequential clocking to check work station absenteeism and loitering
– Document management to digitally store employee time sheets
– Leave modules to assign leave and monitor balances
– Multi-site clocking to provide flexibility for staff to clock in at different stores
With ongoing product development, innovation and partnerships, the hrpm software offering is growing and reaching a multitude of industries that are seeking out a stable, well supported and innovative time and attendance solution.
hrpm was designed when there was a dire need for a stable and accurate solution that would tie in with payroll packages. It needed to make the collection of hours worked easily manageable with the ability to import these hours into a payroll, cutting down on hours spent during the processing period.
A group of developers then worked with the retail industry to create a time and attendance solution that is relevant to the needs of our clients.
hrpm was deployed for the first time in 2004 and has been given the backing of Spar, Jumbo Clothing and numerous other retail industries.
Over the years we have changed and developed the system to ensure that time and attendance becomes simpler and more effective. We will continue to evolve in order to remain relevant to the needs of the industry.
We have continued to grow in the past few years and are now becoming the preferred supplier due to our no contract policy and the fact that we do not have yearly licence fees. Because we are a cloud-based software solution, we are able to guarantee that all data is never lost and always accessible from remote sites.
Our reporting system has been designed by retailers and therefore we are confident that our budget report, amongst many reporting features, are tools that assist managers to keep track of wage costs.
By integrating to the clients POS, we are able to compare budgeted figures to actual figures, thus giving you tools to make informed decisions on expenditure needs. Our shift roster is the basis for the program and from the roster, exceptions, leave, no show, late coming etc, are able to be monitored by the minute in real time.
